Hi all! I was persuaded to join up over here by BT, and just wanted to introduce myself and the gang!
My husband Matthew and I do some small time breeding of bearded dragons, and I am branching back out into the world of leo breeding next fall. I have kept leos for about 5 years now however, and we have quite the little collection going now. Actually, my first ever herp was my leo Olina, and she is my pride and joy (and spoiled brat LOL). Although we are thinning out the collection a bit to add more room for breeders in the fall, right now I am holding onto about 43 leos total.
But anyhow, onto the good stuff - PICTURES (although I need to take new ones)!
A few of the ones we are keeping -
Olina, my high yellow female (of course, she will never go anywhere)

I need pics of these guys yet - my 6 breeder females for the fall of 09. Any suggestions for males to go with them?

Some of the ones we are possibly getting rid of to make space -
Ricotta (Tremper Albino female) - this pic is really old, but the newer ones I have don't show her off properly. She was rescued from a PetCo that was going to put her down simply because she was not selling. They had her in a cage with about 30 babies, but she never went near one of them as food. She was gravid when she came home with us, but we did not know it!

Cheese, a rescue girl we rehabbed, named after the character on Foster's Home for Imaginary Friends (on Nickelodeon) -

Cutie, our first ever hatchling. She is Ricotta's daughter, and was unexpected (Ricotta was gravid when she was rescued)-

Freak, a rescue from a cousin who had no idea how to keep these guys. Named because she is a total freak when you put your hand in the cage, and is a little fiesty girl.

Sebastian, our blizzard male. One of the most laid back leos I have ever seen! He is a total monster that weighs in around 75-80 grams, but just doesn't seem to like the ladies, or we would keep him.

I also have 24 more babies with insane genetics that I am looking to offload here later, but no pics. They were a deal with another breeder, but the 6 future breeder females I have were picked from this group.
So that's the gang of leos in the house right now. I also have 17 beardies, a mali uro, 2 pale agamas, 2 BPs, a couple of hermit crabs, 4 carnival goldfish that are getting too big, and, oh yeah, 5 kids!
I look forward to seeing you guys around and sharing info!
