Anyways, I've been here for a little bit, and I really like this place more than some of the other forums I frequent, so I figured I'd introduce myself.
My name is Adam. I currently live in a rural area outside Pittsburgh, PA. I moved up here from South Florida 2 years ago. So far, I really like the area I moved to, but I could do without the snow. I'm a software engineer, which is just a fancy way to say I am a computer programmer. I mainly do web applications, but I also work on all sorts of different projects. I currently work at the University of Pittsburgh, working on applications for clinical research studies and stuff like that. I also do design work and am in the process of starting a business with my wife doing web and print design along with web application design. We've got a couple local clients, and hopefully I can make it work so I can work from home and can ditch the commute.
Anyways, I love reptiles, and have been working with them for several years. Currently, I'm working with retics, balls, bci's, amazon tree boas, crested geckos and green tree monitors. We've also got a couple corn snakes, a couple beardies and a jungle carpet that we probably won't be breeding.
Other than reptiles and working, I really like photography and drawing/painting, playing guitar, and... um.. that's all I can think of. Oh yeah, I really enjoy learning new things, especially relating to reptiles or animals in general. I'm interested in human behavior and politics. So.. That's about it. If you feel like saying hi, go for it.
