Very nice James. Good luck with the pairings. I might have to take a stab at one or two of them soon.

They are great to work with. I have really enjoyed them the past few years I have worked with them. This was probably the best place I could have started.

Will do. I am pairing them all up for breeding season the first of Nov. Most of these are first year breeders for me (others have bred most of them) so I am hoping for good results but only time will tell at this time.

it would be worth thinking about. I believe they are here to stay. At least i hope they are. Wish you luck with finding what you are looking for, any idea what morph it is you are looking for and for what sex is it that you are after?

Thank you. Actually i don't know what i'm after yet. I just starting to do some research. I was looking at some creams and flames from a breeder i know from another forum. I'll end up getting 1.1 of what ever i decide on.

Those are beautiful!

That first female is gorgeous - I'd love to have one of her offspring :D

My poor girl lost her tail yesterday -- I was cleaning out her cage and spooked her and it just fell off :(

That's a bummer deal. It happens pretty regularly but no one is ever happy about it happening. there are times that it is best that they drop their tails, although "frogbutts" aren't as sought after as geckos who still have their tails, the frogbutts are less of a risk once they do drop their tails.

To elaborate a little bit on what I mean. Crested geckos in captivity have a high chance of developing FTS (Floppy Tail Syndrome). This eventually could damage the pelvis of the gecko. So by it dropping it's tail it virtually eliminates this as a possible scenario.

So, my advise is just keep the little fella in a nice clean enclosure (which you obviously are since you were cleaning cage when you spooked the little fella) and the dropped tail damage should heal just fine. :)

I will gladly let you know, although it's months away. Looking at like December to January before I get eggs and than an estimated 3months incubation period. So it's still out a ways, but I will be sure to let you know when I have some offspring available.

These guys are so cool. I just adopted a couple from a local pet shop. I have only had them a couple of day and I already want more.
