The tall narrow rack with the 41 qrts in it and unpainted has cracked up the middle of the shelves.... I'll get a pic for ya. It's a year old, but not in any risk of just falling apart.

Very nice setup!! I'm like everyone else I need more room!! I'm thinking of getting a building to use. Maybe a 20'x30', or something to that effect. Then just run power out there.. That'll be later though. I'm thinking after Christmas or New Years.

They are busboy tubs.... you can get them from restaurant supply stores, cost about just under $7 each. I'd say at a guess they are about 28qrt in size.... but they are tough tubs!
