nickstone 10-12-2008, 05:36 AM Nice set-up Larry. Do you just keep a breeder female or 2 in those smaller tubs and rotate males through?
ChristianC 10-12-2008, 07:11 AM ohh man that is what i need... a garage AND rat racks :) nice setup!

jknudson 10-19-2008, 03:39 PM Great looking setup Larry. What do you keep for ratios, and what's the production like per month?
pwilliams58 10-19-2008, 05:25 PM Larry can I see some pics of your holder bin rack, it looked great in your youtube vid but you didn't show it much.
CBMorphs 10-20-2008, 01:28 PM Bush-League Breeder style. Nice setup; although, you should really think about installing gravity-fed water systems.

Rapture 10-26-2008, 09:16 PM Wow Larry that's a lot of rats. Switch to an automatic watering system....... I think you'll like it. Just make sure to clean out the reservoir every few weeks to prevent clogging and you'll be good to go.

Sputnik 11-02-2008, 02:56 PM Yea that was a long time ago...:lmao:
Then I'm guessing yours now looks like mine....
Southern Wolf 11-02-2008, 04:38 PM I used to have all those water bottles..... I LOVE my gravity fed watering system. I will NEVER go back to bottles.
When we build our rat house (and get them out of ours) we will have gravity fed watering system.. That way I can check on them quicker before work.
BryonsBoas 11-02-2008, 05:45 PM Gravity fed watering is the only reason I still breed my own. Without it , I'd have to keep lizards.

I won't ever do gravity fed in my garage, wild ones can get in and they chew the lines. Otherwise it would be different!
