They were supposed to pick up a package today. I scheduled it online and put the box by the front door at 7:30am this morning. At 9:00pm it was STILL sitting there!
And these idiots send me a confirmation email stating it was picked up.

I sent a complaint to them and rescheduled the pickup for tomorrow.

Fed Ex picked up the 3 boxes they were supposed to but USPS couldn't handle picking up the one.
Someone must have entered that it was picked up since it is in the system as being picked up.

I've gotten "delivery attempted" notifications before, when there was no attempt at all. I think my postman is just afraid of my dogs, you know, those labrador retrievers can be just too friendly and playful sometimes.
