You bet! I'm not a huge fan of keeping hots. I kept copperheads for a while. I was paranoid all the time that they'd get out and tag one of the dogs! I love the look of 'em but I'll stick to constrictors in the house!

Not sure on the pricing. As for permits, yup you need one. Pain in the ass to get them too!

Love the look, but will never keep one here. I'm with alot on you, too nerve wracking to keep a hot. I'll never stop appreciating their beauty, though.

I have had a wonderfull chance to train under a mentor and this is one of his babies... I too keep hots and love every minute of it... although my collection has dwindled quite a bit since I took over another Leo Breeders operations. I had to have the space... however Im adding on and will soon have the space for more hots. I guess Im just crazy.. cause I sleep fine with my hots in the house... however let a tarantula get loose in the house.. and Im sleeping in the car :)
