Okay I am going to be saving here and there for a nice python to add to my collection so going to just check my BLBC to see which one they think


now I hae rainbow boas, corns, kings, chilldrens pythons, balls, and getting the wife some albino bloods as well

so pick one you shuld think I should get ..prolly wont change my mind but bored and thought it be fun to see what youd choose.

yeah I gree thats why if i go retic for now it will have to be the super dwarf till I am not deploying all the time then ill jump in and get a nice colorful retic just for the beast.

From your list, I'd go with the SD or black heads.. Black heads rock, but are SUPER expensive, as far as I've seen, anyway. It really boils down to what kind of snake you'd like.. I don't know a whole lot about black head personality, SD retics can be pretty active snakes. They can also be chainsaws. It's very possible to either get a "tame" one, or "tame" one down a bit, but they more generally bite first, ask questions later. My little girl was very defensive when I first got her. She is alot more laid back now, but still will snap or smack her head into the tub if someone walks by too fast or if you go to grab her without using the hook first. Like others said, if you go with the super dwarf, you will want to get it from someone reputable or someone you trust. There are alot of people out there selling normal hatchlings as SD's.. You're expecting a 10 ft snake, but end up with a 20 ft'er. Not cool.

Having both I would go with the Blackheads. I do love my Womas. But there is something about those Blackheads. That keeps calling me.

Black headed pythons are awesome but not cheap. I would get one if I could afford one. Womas are sweet to..

I voted Woma just cuz they're such an awesome snake with a killer feeding response. But there's always Afrocks if you're looking for a big snake! They've got a tude sometimes but they're usually pretty cool.

I saw the sweetest SD retic the other day at NERD. It was only about 2.5 feet long but just had the nicest temperment I've ever seen in a tic. It was just looking all around and checking out my girlfriend lol. I love the colors on them too! I'm thinking about getting one someday(I say that way too much around here lol).

Blackheads are on my wishlist too...cool snake. But for something within reach pricewise...Bredli carpet (especially a hypo...WAY cool!) or Aussie olive! I have olives and they are very cool snakes! Cage defensive, but puppy dogs when you get them out. Also very good eaters! Not much for color or pattern, but they have a cool personality!

I don't know what your situation is, but you can't go wrong w/womas or BH. I just voted for the Woma on personality and I personally like its appearance more. There are BLBC'ers here who have forgotten more than I'll ever know, so just take my vote w/ a grain of salt :lol:
