When I was younger I lost a few geckos to crickets eating them....sucked waking up watching crickets running through my geckos eyes. Nothing quite as severe as seeing the bones but still disgusting none the less, never trust a small insect, they do pack the most punch

What you need is a Australian thorny devil (Moloch horridus)

Wait then you would have to deal with ants, but you could dispose of them with impunity as well....:wamma:

I am so glad that those #1 are from Oz, so can't get, and #2 eat ants, so even if you could you know you couldn't feed them. I love the way they look and would have a stupid number of them if it weren't for those 2 things!

Guess Horned Lizards are out due to number 2. I have always wanted a few of them but also due to number 2 have never acted on it.

If ants wouldn't mar up the bones so bad I bet given a bit more time they would have broken the spinal column apart like the beetles do, fascinating stuff
