I wanted to stay up for it, but after a long day and a low grade fever, I just couldn't make it. :-( Of course, getting the headphones on over breakfast was my first thought this Sunday morning . . . Tracy and Dave have the kind of deep knowledge that would lend itself to a whole string of great programs! I love my bloods, so this was like a cooling oasis in the desert for me.

CK, though it's certainly a novel twist to hear "Brooklyn" through the headphones rather than "Southern", you've got the skills and the interest to do this well!

thanks for carin' enough to say. i appreciate being acknowledged as a positive presence on the show.
for me, doing it once in awhile means i can prepare like a mofo for my time at bat.
so if i sounded good, it's only 'cause i would never want to let the guys down for the faith they put in me to not trash their baby.
doin' it week in and week out, twice a week most weeks, those two have to have the ability to deliver the quality programming you've grown to expect, yet somehow keep it fresh.
that's a tall order...
these guys have full time lives, jobs, families, snakes, rodents, etc., and they still manage to deliver like the US mail...every week.
it's like playing catcher for a whole extra inning game vs. coming off the bench in the 16th inning and getting a pinch hit homer.
the pinch hitter owes his chance to the catcher...every time.
Larry and BT have all of my respect.
but i do appreciate the kind words, glad you enjoyed it.
