I got these little worms from Jenea. They are growing well and never miss a meal. How could you not fall in love with those cute little piggy noses?

Well their mama has been known to eat a rat pup or two a feeding. She is over 400g, so those two appear to not have fallen far from the tree! :)

LOL thanks for the warning! At least now I have a reason for their appetites! They sure do process their meals quickly!

Ahhhhhhhhhh cute little hoggies
I believe that! The one with more red in her coloring has already lost her "lump" and I just fed them on Sat.! Maybe I'll switch them to rat pinks! I definitely have plenty of those. LOL.

Hoggies are another species I have never had the pleasure of working with. I have seen a few in the wild around Ft Jackson, SC but never worked with them. Had a soldier one day in the field start screaming about a cobra in their tent. I knew exactly what it was so I ran over and sure enough, there was a beautiful little hognose with its head all flattened out. I got a stick to move it and sure enough, it started playing dead.... Everyone got a kick out of it then.
Anyway, beautiful babies you got Kare!
Very nice hoggies you have. They look great!
