This girl laid a nice fertile clutch of nie eggs for me last week. She laid the entire clutch in this position!! Go figure!! This is her 7th clutch since March and she has not been with the male since April! I had planned on her stopping in August, but I do not think she listened to me at all!!!!

Seven clutches in eight months !!?!?? Can snakes do that??? If you kept a male with her you'd be have a houseful of young'ns in no time.

Quig I had four females lay this year and produced over 200 babies. This girl is my enigizer bunny. Last I had the starve my girls to get them to stop, but that was so hard on their systems. This year I am pumping full of food and supliments and waiting for them to stop on their own. I mean, how long can that one breeding last!?! The other girls already stopped due to some RI issues.

I've never heard of anything like that in snakes. One or two clutches in a season maybe. Monitors yes, but snakes? That's crazy. Good I guess, but crazy LOL.

Man I thought leos were bad! Poor girl can probably pop em out without even noticing now!!!!

This one female has given me 84 eggs. Of the 84, I have had 54 hatchlings, with 3 more clutches in the incy. Of course, I do not expect 100% hatch rate in these later clutches.

Tryin Liz! I really had hoped she would be done by now. Not sure who I am impressed with more, the female for layin so many or the male for getting the job done so well.....

Thats very cool!! I did't know they could do that.. LOL Learn something new here on the BLBC everyday!

lol how do you feed them all? i sure hope you breed your own feeders with a snake having that many eggs a season. ive never heard of one breeding and lating so much in one season but i guess i learn new things everyday here at the bush league lol
