Threaded rod, nuts, and washers. I've done the same thing before. I think I even used those same little white end caps. :lol: Works pretty good for making things adjustable but boy is it a pain to spin those nuts into place more than once. :D

How is that rack in the last pic made?

They are made from 10 gal. tanks laid on the side.
On the doors I used Plexiglass and Acrylic hinges & pulls.
You also have to use glue made for plastic and acrylic Super Glue will will not work...trust me. :lmao:
The rack is made from plywood-all thread rod and lots of nuts and washers.
I just spray painted it black.
I really like it, its workin out great for my geckos.

Yep you got that right.
Those nuts and washers are a pain in the a$$.
It does work out great once you get it all set up.
