The first time? Dare I ask? Probably best not to. Speaking of the Army I am now a higher rank after 3 days on the BLBC than I was after 3 years in the Army! Only made E-4. Which BTW for those of you that don't know is probably the sweetest rank in the Army. Oh Mike, you know your jealous of all the spcs sham..... I mean supervising, all day long. J/K My squad leader in basic was my freakin hero, he actually went to OCS right afterwards, graduated a 1LT and I ran into him while I was working OPs down at Ft. Gordon. All I saw was the bar, saluted :yessir: and stood there for a good 2 minutes waiting for him to salute back then I looked at him and he's sitting there grinning like an idiot :D just freaking grabbed me gave me a big ol bear hug. It was so not to standard but still cool lol. I know it's not quite the same as a squad leader in the field, which is something I never got the chance to experience (FTW) and I salute you for doing what you do man :yessir::yourock: !
