This girl was 1 of 2 "orange sided" females out of a group of CH girls we purchased earlier on this year... I think she's coming along nicely and is becoming more vibrant with each shed...

Now I've seen some high yellow and high gold animals but this girl is getting pretty bright...

Of course when dealing with CH animals that are not proven you always want to look for markers or anything you can to try to identify if the possibility whether or not there may be something genetic going on...

It will be interesting trying to decide what to breed to her when the time comes... Hoping she proves out but Until then we'll keep feeding her and raising her up. :cheers:

I don't import them myself but I have friends that bring them in. We purchased a Lot of select fancy females from Benin, Africa to raise up and possibly try to prove out... all are fancy in their own way... if none of them prove out to be anything or pass on any cool traits... it's no biggie because we just plan to run morph males thru them anyways... A bit safer IMO than buying a fancy looking CH male and breeding him to a good female and not proving out for you to only produce a clutch of normals...

Those are some incredable looking "normals", though I do not think there is anything normal about them.

While I'm not trying to necessarily hatchout the "next big thing'' I'm just hoping some of the traits can be passed along to make some cleaner offspring... the original plan was to breed a yb to them... but with pastel YB's down price wise that might be a better option for us...

Doesn't really matter what you breed those girls to, the babies are bound to be hot!:)
