I gotta give a shout out...that sounds so gangster yeah yeah yeah...to Sunshine State Exotics for their idea of using petri dishes for baby geckos.

I found the link while browsing their site and ordered me up a batch. They are working freakin' phenomenal! I was going nutso crazy trying to find tiny dishes for all the little geckos. I was using Pringles can lids, all sorts of junk. And thats Bush. Bush-League baby.

Got my petri dishes and they are the perfect size for water and a calcium dish. Im even using them for my baby ackies!

I use Rep-Cal in their dishes. And I dust the insects with Miner All and some vitamins. The babies get the dusting at every feeding. The adults at every 3 or 4th feeding. But they always have the calcium dish in the cage.
