SublimeBoa 11-22-2008, 06:22 PM Thought I'd share a couple pics. Born here April 1st.
Male. Mom totally influenced the pattern on this guy. LOL

Yeah, I'm liking that fine line look too. Of course, I don't know where the heck it came from. But since it popped up in both litters, it makes me wonder about Dads genes, so I think I'm gonna probably work on that look some more. It looks really nice on a Sunglow too BTW.

norsmis 11-23-2008, 05:46 AM Smokin Rick! Nice babies you got there. And that sunglow is even better! Looking forward to what you will be producing in a few years!
SublimeBoa 11-24-2008, 07:13 AM Thanks Ron! If things go as planned, then I can hardly wait either. But, unfortunately, I have to grow them. LOL
I was just amazed at some of the color that showed up in the Salmon litter. I was hoping Sammy would clean them up a bit. Moms so dark, you can barely tell she has color.....but it's in there. Turned out pretty neat.
Thanks again!
I love that sunglow too. You have some very nice animals. Thanks for posting pics. And best of luck with the future breeding plans.
tokaysunlimited 11-24-2008, 08:19 AM Some damn nice snakes there!!!!!!:yourock::master:
Sidviciouser 11-24-2008, 10:51 AM Great looking salmons thanks for posting. Were did the parents come from?

I bought dad in '05 out in AZ, He comes from Brian Leubking stock. Not the greatest picture, he was due to shed. But he's one of the cleanest Salmons I've seen in a while...

I don't know anything about mom, except she was a classroom animal, got too big, and ended up in the care of Micah Chance in AZ, and I traded for her because she looked interesting, and I was hoping she'd pass on that reverse stripe in her tail. She dominated the litter big time. I call her MJ (Mary Jane Doe)...

Thanks again for the comps!
Rick
BTW, the Sunglow is a different litter then the Salmons, same dad though.
JOHNS6068 11-24-2008, 06:29 PM That picture of the Boa with it's mouth open is cool =) You have more then one feisty one as it seems for picture taking  Nice looking boas though :yourock:
SublimeBoa 11-24-2008, 07:00 PM I actually only have two that are a little nippy, but they get over it, but I have one that is het for pure evil. Only from this litter too. My Sunglow litter was calm as can be. LOL
Neat stuff though. I ain't even broke out the good stash yet. ;)

BryonsBoas 11-25-2008, 01:48 AM Nice Rick !!! I don't know if I should try to sleep or stay up in anticipation of my box.
SublimeBoa 11-25-2008, 06:30 AM Hah! You'll fall asleep once the sun comes up anyway, so might as well just give your old bones a rest. :yessir:
Thanks again for the nice replies. Gonna be interesting the next few years.

SublimeBoa 12-08-2008, 06:10 AM Thanks Alan. I was plenty happy with how things turned out. Both litters had a few phenomenal animals in them. Sure wasn't expecting such good results, but I'm happy about it none the less.
Southern Wolf 12-25-2008, 04:39 PM I know Im a little late on this one...just trying to do some boa research...but man.. those are some hot boas.
I love the gaping shot... you ought to have that one printed up as an 11x14 and hang it on the wall.

Sammy did a fine job. He not only cleaned them up, but put a bunch of color into the mix too. Makes all the money I paid for him, worth every penny.
