I hate to admit it but I laughed my ass off at this video. I love The Onion and the satire they bring to the table. The part where the little kid is dressed up in a mouse costume brought tears to my eyes I was laughing so hard.
Even though reptile nation is under attack, I still found humor in the whole thing.

I know what the Onion is and what it is all about. That said I don't find humor in it at all. A child was killed last year by a snake . I am sure that kid's family finds no humor in this. Then you add the python ban, and the fact that it makes snake owners look stupid. This is the kind of crap we don't really need right now.

Sorry to be the bad guy(I seem to take on that role an aweful lot:devil:) But the parents of the kid who was killed by that burm last year should be fed to a 30 foot retic in my mind!! Keeping a 12ft burm in a glass aquarium which DOESNT have a locking door shows their stupidity and irresponsibility. They didnt have a permit for the snake either so I feel bad for the REST of the family but the parents in my mind deserve what their child suffered!

As far as the video... I thought it was pretty funny. The photo shopping was hilarious... ball python heads on burms... burm heads on boas... classic! I've never heard of the Onion before but I'll have to check out some more of their videos.

I get what your saying, but that kids parents were not exactly roll model parents if I remember right.... they'd had numerous run ins with the law in regards to drugs and selling them.... and whether or not that snake actually killed that kid is questionable.... being there were apparently no teeth marks on the child the coroner just ruled that the snake had killed the unfortunate child.... sad no matter how you look at it.
