Southern Wolf 11-23-2008, 03:44 PM Beautiful snakes....Keep in mind that the next comment is coming from the photographer in me...
on the first pic... you can see where the background has a break in it (top right corner).... I would use PS and clone in that area with white.
on the third pic... I would try to blur out the leaf in the forground with PS so you cant see the fake texture.... I do really love that 3rd pic though. Great Pose of the snake... and I love the closeup nature.
Varanus99 11-23-2008, 04:00 PM Wolf's got a good eye I didnt even notice that leaf. All I saw was big fat lemon colored snake :)
JChandler 11-23-2008, 04:04 PM Looks good scooter!!!

I guess I need to get PS... I don't have it, I did these pretty quickly last night before bed. Kind of a test run to see if they'd come out ok... to see what the fake stuff would look like really.... before I started taking more pics of other things.
It seemed to really show up the animals, I think sometimes when they are photographed on a pure white or black back ground and nothing else, it can take away from the animal.
I appreciate the comments.... always open to constructive critique. :)
JOHNS6068 11-23-2008, 04:25 PM I like those pictures the way they are :yessir: Those little imperfections keep things real and not fake I think  Sweet Pastel!!

Let me know, your not that far away.... if your "itch" gets too bad and maybe this season we can get a trade rolling or something.... you have some stuff I'd love to have!

LOL...that's the worst part, Scott...you are going to make it way too easy for me once the addiction gets a good grip on me...and with all the big females I had come in, I'll sure have lots to trade...
When I first considered breeding a few years back, I spent months trying to decide between balls and boas...the only reason the boas won out is because I had no experience with hatching eggs...
I saw some awesome ball morphs at the Denver show earlier this summer (not the most recent one, but around mothers day, I think?) ...wow I have to say a lot of those just have to be seen in person...I was blown away by a few there:eek: Pics over the internet just are not the same...

The least I can do is make it easy.... lol
I try to hit all those Denver shows, but sometimes miss a few during the winter if the weather is bad. I agree, nothing like seeing any morph in person.... the old saying that pics don't do them justice is true.... it really is for any animal I think.
Hatching eggs isn't hard.... you'd do well.... (trying my best to irritate that itch)..lol.... no, really it isn't hard to hatch em out.
