Carwin is a freaking machine, Mir always has a chance. St pierre definitely has the advantage but Hardy has the strikers chance at catching him. Should be some killer action. :rockon:

he is always calm and can capitalize on the smallest mistake.

If St. pierre can keep his composure(I think he gets rattled sometimes)

Mir is an oxygen thief....I have definitely seen him in more boring fights than exciting ones. It seems like most of the exciting ones he's been in, he's been getting his but kicked.

GSP has a way of humbling the proud, does he not? I think he could have finished Dan Hardy if he had taken some more chances on his feet, but it was still enjoyable to watch.

Hardy put up a great fight!! GSP was classy in how he gave props to Hardy and how tough of a fighter he was. Unlike the Brock's WWF side-show that happened. Keep wrestlemania out of the octagon.

I didn't like Hardy much either before the fight but I'm a fan now. I can't say the same for GSP. Getting the belt has really turned him into a one dimensional fighter. I'd like to see the old GSP back that didn't fight scared.

I'm not going to argue about that one. BJ is more than the man. He's legend. A guy that will fight in any weight division from LW-HW through the years has stones... Yeah but BJ is in a spot now where he's run through the lightweight division and proven he's the best in the weight class, but he also can't go up to welterweight and hang with GSP. I'm not a huge GSP fan but the man does have skills inside the octagon and BJ had no answer for him in their last fight.

I don't think GSP could hang with BJ if he had to lose 15-20lbs of muscle to hit the LW division. And you know GSP isn't going to fight Anderson Silva one weight class up like BJ was willing to do...

From what I read in a post by Dana White it would be hard for GSP to pack on enough weight to move up and Silva walks around at almost 200 so cuyting to welterweight would not work. The only way to make this fight work would be at a catchweight with no belt on the line.

Love to see Mir get his ass handed to him (see Brock Lesner :yes:).

GSP v. Silva sounds great, but what about Silva v. Machida at 205. That is the one I wanna watch. Or even better Silva v. Lesner. Silva is the undisputed better fighter and Brock is way stronger. Brute force versus skill. GSP is a good fighter, but there are a lot better willing to challenge themselves than him. Who will be the next Randy?

Carwin still looks small compared to Brock. It would really be nice to see that big SOB on his back though. That is another one to tune in to.

Nobody... I love me some Superman, and can't see anybody replacing him. There's going to be others that are good, and mabey some that consistently win when they are the underdog, but can't see anyone being the next Randy.
