*I'm putting this here, because usually tegus are with monitor lizard sections, pls move if it's the wrong section, thank you!*
I got one of the 'rescue' lizards today! This is Ozzie with me and his old owner. She said she doesn't have time or money to devote to him any more, so I'm taking him in. He's a cutie!

She had been feeding him one mouse fuzzy once a WEEK when I first met her. So he's actually about 2-3 years old, just so small. Not sure if Ozzie is a immature male or a female. There's no bumps under his tail, all smooth. He's quite a looker, and currantly is in quarentine in the living room. I hope if I can get a little size on him, I might be able to introduce him to my other two tegus and have them together sharing the big outside pen one day!
This same woman is also giving me her blackthroat monitor(after thanksgiving), as soon as I have a setup for it ready.
