I just couldn't walk away from this boy this past weekend at the new WARE show. He was produced by the fine folks at The Corn Pit. He's an Imperial, a hybrid cross of California Kingsnake x Pueblan Milksnake:

Ed also took much better pictures of him that I'll post later when he gets a chance to send them to me!

No plans to ever breed this boy - he was just too pretty and unique to pass up!

Thanks guys! He's a wickedly cool little snake - and I almost missed out on him, as apparently, someone had JUST left to get cash to buy him (I didn't find that out until after I bought him).

I currently don't have plans to breed any of my colubrids, but plans can always change in the future. He's my only hybrid, and I bought him just to be a cool snake for me to enjoy having in my collection!

The Imperials are so variable, we saw two on another vendor's table that looked nothing like him (nor like each other).
