Sad stuff. Between that and over-fishing, stricter regulations on commercial fishing is something I could support (yeah, I know.....coming from a small government guy). Instead, though, exorbitant fees and strict size and bag limits are imposed on recreational anglers at will. :mad:

Ya know, all kinds of hell was raised when it was dolphin in the tuna nets, why isn't this causing an outcry???
