I am excited about this project!! I suspect that Het Cajuns will CONSISTENTLY produce a HIGH degree of broad black-backs based on the results of the first clutch and Mama Cajun's markings -- but it is only on clutch. :nono:
I will know more after this season. I'll be putting this 750 gram boy on a normal or 2 -- and his Butter Het Cajun brother will cover his captive hatched mom to prove a super. She gave me 8 good eggs as a 1600 grams last year. She is 2400 to begin this season. My fingers and toes are crossed.:D

See Butter Het Cajun post.:) The back story is: I breed my Bad-Ass Butter breeder male (sire of the Lithium and Butter Belly as well) to a captive hatched female that looks like this boy -- better actually. I am putting a Butter Het male to her this season. He looks pretty much looks like his Butter Het sister -- a little more maroon blushing. He is a looker!!!

Thanks! Truth is, I held my founding female up to an interior paint color chart -- and Cajun Red was closest. SHHHH --- don't let my super-secret morph naming system out.

Lol good stuff man! And no we won't say anything....... Does Home Depot know what their color charts are being used for BTW? lol I'm sure they'd be flattered if they saw those snakes! Love black backs :master:
