Well I am not certain this even belongs here but I just felt the need to post this. Keep an eye out as Ed clark is currently claiming to be a "pioneer" of the red line. Saying that Bob Mailloux and he worked hand in hand to produce the countries first reds. He posts no proof of this other than just saying it is true :lmao:

Sorry, if this is in the wrong place please move it with my apologies.

Thanks. I wasnt certain where I should put it.

And melanie he hasnt brought it up again yet lol. But he never backed down off of that argument either. Thing is, at the end of the day the lying scumbag will continue to prey on the newbs to the hobby and continue taking peoples money while hiding behind the "rules" on fauna.

No, Chris Allen

He has been working that angle for a few weeks now trying to coax ed into making a thread all about how he is a pioneer of the red line lol. You know back when I first got a bit heavier into the hobby I thought ed was top of the game because of the animals he posted. Then I slowly learned more and more about what he truly is and what he truly does.

Wait what am I missing?

Chris allen bred out a specific color model of the red morph didnt he? I mean I know all reds are just reds but when the "chris allen" red hit markets was it no different from any other red?

Mine is the one that makes people go WOW. I've got a blood red that doesn't even compare, and a sandfire red that's also not nearly as much of a wow animal. And she always throws babies that carry that, just wow animals.

That really didnt answer my question lol. Was/is Chris allen just a great publicist for himself and made the "chris allen red" line popular when it was nothing different than any other red, or was he a breeder that truly helped bring out the brightness in the american red dragons?

IMO I feel that he really did massive amounts of work into making a beautiful red dragon. There are people that breed dragons, and then there are people that breed and breed and breed and breed and etc until they get exactly what they want. Be it beardeds, leopards, cresteds, whatever, he worked very hard and made an awesome red dragon. And the fact that if you saw "Chris Allen red" and people know exactly what you are talking about pretty much says it right there... Yeah, that's got some publicity behind it, but I'd say deserved. And, like I did say, yes, it is different then the other reds I have.
