Anyone have any experience using sphagnum moss as the incubation media for beardie eggs? I am currently cooking a clutch using a DIY version of the SIM containers but its not working too well. Just wanted to see what thoughts, if any, there were on using sphagnum moss for incubating beardie eggs.

Thanks

Brian

Ive never tried it for beadies but i did use it for 2 weeks on snake eggs while waiting to find some vermiculite around here and it did a pretty good job. i just wet one corner in the contianer and it kept the humidity perfect.

You probably already have, but just in case, did you check at some garden shops? They usually have it.
