Roughly a year ago, I picked up my first blood python, followed closely by an albino/het pair.

They've been eating. (Do _not_ get between a blood python and a warm rat!!)

They've been growing.

They're lookin' good to me!!!

The obligatory "Bucket O' Bloods" shot:

Rambo, my first, was a skinny snake in a pet shop tank a year ago . . . Not any more (with a portrait of our Nation's first president for scale):

And he's still got eyes like gazing balls:

Nemetha is a het. T+ albino with a gentle disposition, who's coloring up very nicely:

She's two years old now:

And classically beautiful:

She came with a male who's still waiting for a good name. "Hunter", maybe?

He's not as bright as some albinos - in fact, he might be what Rambo would look like as a T+ - but I like opening a tub to check out his pastel colors:

Unlike Nemetha and Rambo, though, this guy will only tolerate just so much nonsense:

Before he lets me know, in no uncertain terms, that he's _had_enough_!!!!:

(An interesting shot to try & get, solo - interesting to get that lad back in the tub, too!)

Hope you've enjoyed!

Thanks, folks!

That last shot was interesting to get - if I touched him, he'd open up on me, but if I stroked him with a stick . . . nothin. So, I'm trying to touch the snake with one hand while holding the camera with the other, and catch him before he shuts his mouth. Then, I had to get him back into the tub. Having left the hook upstairs . . .

~Bruce, who doesn't really know how he avoided getting tagged

Very nice Bruce. Your Het Albino girl looks almost identical to mine. I thought maybe you stole mine, but your's is 1 year older, so that wasn't possible. LOL.

Small pic.

Thanks, Guys!

Beth, I don't know how I managed not to get nailed - that little buzzsaw has gone off before, but he's got _lousy_ aim if it's not a rat. I've _never_ been tagged by him, unlike a couple of my bloods, my male jungle carpet, my Biak chondro . . . .

Tim, that's a good lookin' blood! I like the melty stripe action she's got goin' on.

Cute name suggestion, Frank - not much of a mohawk, though...
