Here we call it soccer, yes? I actually enjoy soccer more than I do American football. I may just have to tune in on that :D

:wamma: Hope you do ,it really is a fantastic show with all the different nations coming together.Even though it is not a traditional American sport the USA are placed well in the World rankings with some players playing for top European teams...... we are still going to beat you though!:p

Thats great! Moving to Canada from the UK made me realise how much the sport means to us. Probably the same as Baseball and NFL to Americans and Hockey to Canadians! Hope some of you guys follow the USA during the competition !

Looking forward to this... going to watch as many games as i can. By the way.... all my friends and I hate baseball/watching baseball on tv. Only way to ever enjoy baseball is at the stadium with lots of beers.

Mickey, I'm sure you'll be able to win the game. Is England 4th favorite for the World cup, I think that's what I saw today on the news. Behind us... obviously http://www.webhostingtalk.com/images/smilies/spflag.gif

I think that Spain has some of the most gifted players in the world,so i think they should be finalists at least.I hear rumours that David Silva is coming to my team Manchester United !

hahaha so true.... i like baseball even less because they refuse to do replays. i feel bad for the pitcher who had his perfect game destroyed by a terrible call.
