I used the superior stuff for a while and those work great, but then found Uline's boxes and fell in love with them. Nice thick two piece styrofoam cooler too. Not cheap though, I just bought a pile of boxes and I think it was something like $10-20 each before shipping depending on the size.

One fact most people don't realize if you are shipping with FedEx. You have to ship the same boxes you have tested. If you want to use different boxes you will have to ship them another test box before using it. Same with different size boxes, each size is supposed to get tested. If you get caught shipping packaging that haven't been tested, you can have your waiver/contract terminated.

I've sent all four boxes (to FedEx) that I'll ever possibly be using for the foreseeable future. I wonder if they're sick of me yet. :lol:
