This is a video from last night doing 435lbs x 18. My best rack deads in the past was 585 x 6 or 8. However, that was above the knee. Moving below the knee really took the weight down. I'm slowly working my way up though. Even though I am dieting and doing a ton of cardio, they are still moving in the right direction.
After watching this, I realized that I made some real funny noises. :)

Very nice Larry!!! I need to do more dead lifts. I've been slacking.
Glad to hear your diet is working well for you. I hate it that people think you can only bulk or cut. Some times you can "culk" :)

I'm with you, the only exercise I get is what happens at work.
As far as the video goes, that makes my back hurt just watching it! Note to self -- don't mess with Larry Petty! :p

I am back above 405 for full deads for the first time in 20+ years, I was pretty pleased with that.
Then two days later I went downhill mountain biking and felt terrible, just got rag dolled around. Guess I need more rest days before biking : )

I got a 455 Deadlift from the floor a couple of months ago. I can rep 405 for 6 and Just turned 17 last month
