Just switch to the 27 qt sold at target. I think the qt difference is that the sides are not sloped. They have clearer plastic, so the viewing is easier. I have a rack I made for the 28, that I use both in.

Sterlite actually is under contract with Target. They SHOULD be the only place to get them unless people either bought them from there or they already had a stock. They also changed the sizes and model numbers of a few of the sizes. They should still fit into any rack made for the old ones.

My local walmart's around here have plenty of the sterlite 28 quarts and target as well.

Btw thats was one hell of a butter you had at the whiteplains show the other day... I asked Rod if you wanted to trade anything for it... I had the 1.1 pair of het pieds... figured it was worth a shot.. :0)

They still have oodles of them at the walmarts here. They are sold out of the 6 qt ones, though. I went to like 5 different walmarts to pick up some of the 6 qters, and couldn't find a 1. :(

Yea, I will be at the next show. I did not think I would sell the Butter but it went after all. Lots of people looked at it........

I think I drive Matt NUTS every time we go into any store that has plastic tubs. I am always trying to find a new/better/more efficient way to keep all these leos, get ready for babies, etc.
But yes, it is an obsession...a weird, scary obsession that only other herpers can understand. Thank god for you guys! LOL

I prefer the 27 over the 28 as well. I get mine at Target or Walmart. I bought 20 last week on reduction at $5 each at Target.:yessir:
