One thing that I have noticed is that when clicking on banners, members are taken away from Bush League directly to the destination site. I would suggest that the code be changed to open the banner destination in a new browser window, so that the members still remain at Bush League.

This is easily accomplished by setting the target="_blank" argument in the banner section of the navbar.

I totaly agree with you, it would be nice not to have to keep clicking back to get back to blbc or just reopening the site.
