What do you use I was thinking of buying some 90 quart tubs and stacking them on top of my mice rack. How big are the tubs you use and how many mice do you raise in them?

We have only one small colony and they all just live and grow up together since I need a variety of sizes...

I just use the black mortar tub racks with 1/4" hardware cloth.

I use the large kitty litter pans for the growout tubs in my rack... its the same tubs I use for my rats.

I guess I need to get some updated pics of my herp hideout

I don't grow mice out to full adult size unless they are to be replacement breeders. If I'm going to feed them all the way to adulthood, then they'll have to give me some babies back to make it worth the time and expense. Colubrids that would normally eat large adult mice usually either get 2 or 3 weaned mice or a weaned rat when retired mouse breeders aren't available.
I keep two or three slots in the mouse rack open to raise them in. I'll put 10 or 12 weaned mice in a large cat litter pan. By the time they start getting crowded I usually have a group or two that are ready to be replaced.

What watering system do you use for that?
