nope. his contract was for 2 years. no extra $$ if he comes back.

I heard on one of the many news stories that his original contract was 13 million guaranteed, and after his threat of retirement it was upped to 16 million guaranteed plus performance incentives.

I wish he WOULD retire so we can get serious on a replacement for him. I don't know if T-Jack is up to the task, but we need somebody new and fresh at QB.

Same here. Yeah, I am a vikings fan. But I bitched when Farbe was first talked about coming here, and am still bitching about the drama. We need a good solid healthy dependable QB, and I hate the drama queen. Love it when we win though, lol!:cheers:

The current owner (Ziggy Wilf) wants a Superbowl title in THE WORSE WAY, so he's doing everything he can to get one NOW...screw the future. I actually liked him as a Packer and the year they canned him and he continued to play. I think he was a Jet? After that he turned into a drama queen which really goes against his previous rep as a regular joe who got the job done on a regular basis.

Very true, but the more times you play with fire the greater your chances of being burned... there's a reason why some players who take serious blows in the positions they play walk away from the game while they still have the ability to perform... maybe it's because they want to remember what they did on the field when theyre 60?
