That is Nick Mole's company, and I have definitely heard more bad than good about his business practices.....way more.

From what I have heard/read, he is notoriously hard to get in touch with (both by phone & email; can attest from personal experience), and he has had serious issues shipping stuff correctly.

I have bought a few things from him at expos (my animals of choice are hard to come by), but never had anything shipped from him.
