For those of you using Photobucket to post your pics, there is a setting that will automatically resize your photos to the right size for the forums. If you go to your photobucket account, you will notice right under the select files box a drop down menu that says reduce to. If you click 640x480 (large), any photos you upload from that point on will be the correct size. This was something I never knew until someone told me, so I thought I would pass it on.:)

I just found the same thing a few days ago it is very nice. Makes things go faster instead of individually having to do each one.

Do the pics still look right after that?

I have had photobucket auto re-size stuff in the past and the pics looked like crap....

I believe it does kill quality a little bit... generally it compresses the larger files...so it's best if you use a photo editing software to resize the images so you don't lose the quality and then upload to photobucket.

I use photobucket,but i can say it definatly depleats colors etc.....
Not that noticable but you can tell..:cool:

I remember doing that using the photobucket resize thing and they were grainy looking.... I wanted to throw the pc out the window! LOL
