Just got this in an email

If you don't support USARK - you better start thinking about it.

To get your attention -

"“I don’t want a piece of dolled up legislation. I think our concern is dangerous animals, or reptiles."

Besides becoming a paid supporting member another great way to show support is to forward all USARK email notices to everybody on your email list.

That's an important role in a good grass roots campaign..

What we really need is a mainstream "character" to step up...like Steve Irwin did. Someone with charisma and preferably an accent (not required)...lol, but seriously. People fear what they don't know....If people could just see what reptiles are really like it wouldn't be this way!

I'm in West Virginia. Please everybody join USARK and do what you can to help a brother out. I'm going to join USARK and see about writing my congressman. I don't think there are a lot of reptile keepers in WV so we are probably outnumbered. But I will not give up hope.

If this ends up passing, I will not hesitate to sell my house and move across the river into Ohio. West Virginia is the 2nd poorest state in the US and if they pass this they will lose one more family that actually pays taxes, contributes to the states well being and isn't a freeloader.
