StudentoftheReptile 10-06-2010, 12:36 PM Congrats, Jenea! I know you love these guys. Is this the only one who has taken f/t yet?
FloridaHogs 10-06-2010, 12:44 PM Thanks Michael. This is the only one fully on unscented.

S.Gilbert 10-11-2010, 08:02 PM Nice video. Thanks for posting.
The vid's great Jenea. I love how the just reach out and wrap their face around food.
I've determined that's why mine misses so much of the time, he's still on live toads and frogs, because while he's just REACHIN' they are boppin' over to the other side of the tank :lmao:. All the more reason to get him on F/T mice though I suppose.

Thanks Quig. Try getting him on f/t toads first, that will make the switch so much easier.

FloridaHogs 11-01-2010, 07:56 PM No they do not.

or do easterns have a bunch of different colors or are they local differences???
FloridaHogs 11-08-2010, 07:58 PM Tons of colors! As to locality, I do belive there may be something to that, but there has not been enough research to prove or disprove it. I am working on trying to get locality pairs, to see what happens, but it is more difficult than you would think.
Dan W 11-08-2010, 08:02 PM Those Easterns are stunning. Can they subsist entirely on rodents for life?
Dan
FloridaHogs 11-08-2010, 08:11 PM They can, you just can't feed them like a corn or king, or they get obese. Very fine line between a thick bodied snake and an obese one.
