Scott usually hatches out 5-6 albinos a year, never had an issue with any of them wobbling. Not eating right away, yeah, other issues, no.

We hatched out a couple this year, no wobbles. Eating on the other hand is different, the male is eating, the female not so much. She has killed a mouse, just not eaten one. :dunno:

I hatched out a lil male from a het to het pairing. He had no wobble issues, but as Randy says, was a pain inthe arse to get started. Killed a few, ate a few then regurg. finally ate and kept them down, but was clost to the point of assist feeding time :(

I love how things work out. She ate last night. We tried a crawler mouse and she jumped on it. It wasn't that much of a meal so I tried a hopper later and she jumped on that too!

Gratz !! That's what i noticed about the stubborn feeders, if you give them something to small and they hammer it, follow it up with another and they usually hammer it as well

Nothing like that here either (mine was a het proven breed too). I can DEFINITELY say though I have never had as many feeding issues with any other snake than I am having with the albino....Born July 1 and has refused food since then. I am currently assist feeding but do offer live pinkies/fuzzies each week just to TRY to get him to eat alone. Any other ideas??

Wow that's crazy! Should still make a fine pet though...

You said you are using "live pinkies/fuzzies", I assume that's rats. Baby rats don't move around a lot and thus don't get the snakes attention. Try using crawler or hopper mice, once they have eaten a few times it's easy to switch them back to rats by rubbing the f/t rat on the live mouse to get the mouse smell on them.
