Surprise was the litter. Jeff put the boas together last year for one night, didn't think anything of it till he went to check on snakes and found babies with mom. I think the exact count of times he checked and re-checked the cage to be sure he was seeing things right was 4. :lol: At least I was at work so I missed the clean up duty.

Pastel salmon x normal....got a small litter from them last season.

Thanks Jenea and Larry, they were still close but the party is over from the look of it...I'll separate them this weekend and give them some small meals and go ahead and reintroduce them next week to see if they go back to courting or stay on separate sides. That girl last season ate all the time she was gravid, at 3 days before she gave birth, the only difference this year will be smaller meals, last year she was pounding large rats and didn't have any issues with birth but I'm not willing to take that chance now that I know....
