I ordered some supplies from TSK on Sunday. The customer service was fantastic and it was on its way Monady morning. I ordered some non punched deli cups as well as punched and Dan took the time ( on a Sunday evening no less ) to email me and ensure that the non punched were indeed what I wanted before he shipped them. All around awesome service!! :yes:

I ordered yesterday morning and had the tracking info within a couple hours.

i also ordered punched deli cups recently, they shipped out the next business day (ordered on a weekend) and i had them 5 days later (friday). faster than i expected. will definitely get supplies here in the future

I emailed TSK Supplies almost 2 weeks ago with a question on shipping box sizes and stating that with their answer I'd be placing an order with them. I still have yet to receive a reply and took my business back to Superior where my business will stay.

That doesn't sound like their business practices that I'm familiar with. Did you try to re-send that email or was only one sent?

I only sent one, but I used their "Contact Us" from their site so I didn't see a need to send another. Maybe I just got lost in the mix, but I'm still staying with Superior as I've never had a problem with them.

Sounds like you may have got lost in the techno world or maybe just skipped over.

Skipped over is kind of where I figured, I was trying to help support the herp community and use them this time. It ended up having me explain to a customer my delay since I was waiting on a response from them. I'm glad others have had good experiences with them, just thought I'd share mine.
