I purchased a large collection of BP from a guy 4 mos ago. Had some nice animals in it with a few adult morph females and a few adult hets and lots of normal girls, both proven and younger '09 models mostly.

The problem arose laast week when I put my G.stripe male in with the biggest HET G.stripe female. (she came in the deal at around 950 gms). They immediately started combating, I pulled (it) out and popped it and tadah hemipeins !!! :dunno:

So I contact the guy I got the group from, he said he probed and I said fine. I said here are the pics of the culprits if you'd like to see. He then goes on to mention that he is selling off most of his remaining animals and only keeping his Angolans and Caramels, that he'd seen me a list of available animals. To mark down the value of mis-sexed snake and we'd go from there.

I was at this time looking at getting a large group from Jetpythons at this time and she had a 1400 gms het G.stripe for sale for $700. All of her prices were low as she was moving out all the animals due to family business elswhere.

I got the e-mail back today from the guy who I purchased said group from and he said he felt the value was $75-$100. He said the breakdown of the entire purchase of the group avg $100. This was over $4,000 purchase. I said you can't breakdown the animals like that, as I took a large group that had a varity of animals (morphs, co-dom, recessive, het and normals).

I got that much in food in this snake... I was wondering what you guys think.
If we can't come closer to an agreement, then I have all the e-mails from the beginning of the deal until now. Thanks
