I know some of you Bush-leaguers have started pairing them up - Let's see some lock-up pics...

been coolin' n' pairin' since end of september/ beginning october.
pretty sure i got good pics of at least one lock, it's a dinker...but it's a lock.
will post when i get home after work.
have breeding activity (including other "unphotographed" locks ) all around.
still only about 1/2 way through my heat tape temp drop (started at 91, will probably go to 84 degrees on the tape ).
look for pics tonight.

I've started with one pair and had several locks but havent gotten a good pic of em. My male goes back in with her this Weds. so I will snap some pics when then start doin the deed for me.

Well I was cleaning bins the other day and decided to introduce some of the guys to their future girlfriends. I didn't really plan to start pairing up for another month , but this is what I found.

I have been pairing my 07 YB male with 2 females so far this year. I have seen him locked with both of them about 5 times each. Last cleaning day I took a few pics Sorry about the mess like I said it was cleaning day. Had to wait for them to get done before I could get to her tub. Anyways here are a few pics.

I won't start pairing them up until mid-nov

I can't wait to start seeing some good action

first shot is this year's dinker. full stripe male with my mocha-ish 15+ year old LTC import girl. he's the first guy i've had that's found a way to get to her, at least from what i've seen between last season and now.
second pic is my son's yb pastel takin' it to one of our full stripe girls. can't wait to get offspring from this guy. he's an '07, but he's over 1100 grams. hoping he can handle the five girl harem i've got lined up for his breeding season's activities. all hotties too, lucky dawg !

BTW-before i get assaulted for having a dirty water bowl ( second pic )... it's not. 13 year old bowls do discolor, it's clean, but it sure as hell ain't blue anymore !

I didn't take a pic,but i had a monster female ovulate a few days ago..When I pulled her out it was obvious!..She had the whole glow going on for about a week or more already so...

I've had a clutch arrive in Feb before..but Nov?

I have had several locks already but this is the one I am eye ballin this season..

No lock ups in FL. Its been a little cool if you call mid 80's cool. I don't think I will start pairing until December this year. I think my males got burnt out to early this past season. We'll see. JP

Started pairing up this very week. Had some lock ups with the Albino, the Pied, the Pastel and the Het Clown.

Congrats Cashman that Spider Lesser has some catching up to do! He looks good though.

I eventually was saving him for her anyways... but either way Pastel Burgundy hypo's would probably look pretty cool! Can't say I've seen it done!

I'm still packing on the weight for one of my girls, the other one is off feed at the moment though. :( And I've tried to pair her up but neither of them are doing anything.

I started pairing mine up the begining of the month. Got a lockup within the first couple hours. Should be a good season. This is a pastel het hypo x genetic banded.
