Anyone here use an air purifier for their snake/rat rooms? I currently have my snakes and rats in the same room and have noticed that Diamond soft bedding creates a lot of dust and what not. The smell of the rats isn't too bad but I am interested in picking up a wall mounted air purifier. Anyone have suggestions?

Josh I'm lucky enought that I have a whole wall of windows in my snake/rat room. I just have a box fan in a window pointing out. It vents the air and I never have a bad smell in my room. As for air purifiers I think with the mass amouth of dust created you'd need a damn big one just to keep up.

I've heard the big ones work but there expensive...I wouldn't mind checking into them myself...

they cost to much money i just use some small fans to move the air around

I used to have a Rainbow brand room air purifier. It worked pretty good and used water instead of a paper filter. Change the water daily and no problems.
