All of the parents are completely unrelated and the clutches were incubated 40 days apart... Here's just another small look at some others..

Dodge, the Bengals were produced from normal parents. The father a nice green phase, the mom a nice normal. This pair produces at least one Bengal in every clutch. My original thought was that it was a simple recessive gene. I posted a few pics, talked to a few people, but kept them off the radar for the most part. Even keeping them off the radar, I still have a waiting list. That being said, I can and have reproduced it. I wanted to explore the gene fully so I could answer customer questions about the genetics. While my original thought was recessive, I wanted to see if it was a visual het like the Anaconda is to the patternless. To see if there is a super form. There are tell tell belly markers on the Bengals similar to that of the Anacondas. Originally, Bengal was not my first choice in names, but after a few hours on Google, I realized someone else was already using my first idea, so I coined the name Bengal to identify my animals. It has already caused some confusion since there are some that believe your animals to be from my line because of the duplication of the name.

I know that, You know better than anyone I've never proclaimed it to be proven anything... yet... However other people have since the day the first clutch hatched, for anyone interested go check the KS forum.

For the record I only started referring to them as bengals after a lengthy conversation from another well known hognose guy and the conclusion was why not? Something that cool deserves to be called something. if I had known then what I know now I never would have posted any pics at all. And had I known somone else was alling others that I wouldn't have.. I'm glad it's out in the open now atleast, it's too bad this thread went to sh%$ though, there were some cool pics in the begining of it....

it was fun posting with the bush league, not in a rush to do it again though.

Gregg, I've never had a problem with someone speaking their mind, you are aware of that. I do it myself. But, like I've told you before, the way you seem to focus on one person in a schoolyard bully fashion isn't acceptable. And if you re-read thru this thread, it does look like that's what you're doing. Again. Anything she posts is jumped on by you in a fashion that makes you look like a bully or like you have something against her personally. If there's friction between the two of you then you need to put her on ignore as she did with you so that we don't need to see the "push" factor.

And, when a new member says he's not going to post here anymore because of something that you have written that crosses a line. I know that you were directing that at her and not Dustin, simply because of the arrogant, demeaning, and aggressive fashion in which it was written, and that's the way you write anything at her.

I breed some hognose, I enjoy my little collection. I have more then some, less then others. I do not and never will call myself an expert, and don't call myself that about anything. Thinking that you know everything means you stop learning. I don't ever want to be at that point. I like to read what others are doing, I like to see new hatchlings posted, new animals picked up, etc. However, even though I have them and enjoy them, I rarely post in here because of the general attitude that comes across or arguments that occur, and most of those are from you. You've never been disrespectful or rude to me, but when the general tone comes across like that it's hard to just have fun...

Gregg, whatever your beef is, I really dont give a rats ass. I realize you haven't been here long, so you haven't seen the history of Gregg doing this repeatedly to this member on this forum. He's been told to knock it off before. It's not a coincidence that a good number of people have just had enough of his attitude and have said so. Unfortunately, Gregg decided to go after her again and it just happened to be this thread. She has him on ignore, so that's why some questions may not of been answered. The other reason is she is still working on the project.... you can't post all the results till you have them. Unfortunately, yes.... it has been hijacked. Gregg doesn't seem to want to own up to his obvious dislike of Floridahogs which guides his actions here, but it happens.
