A couple of pictures of my PZB (Eupalaestrus campestratus). Her name is Raphaela and she is extremely laid back. I use her for educational purposes and yes, I do hold her.
I use to have over 250 tarantulas but I am down to 3 right now.

250 T's . Was your nick name spider woman? :D

I'm new into them and my son has a female rose hair that I take care of. Haven't got round to holding her yet, but maybe some day.

Welcome to the forum

I had over 300 at one time granted about 150 of them were rose hair babies that took forever to give away. They can be very addicting when you take in to consideration how easy they are to care for.

Hahah No. I had some babies plus adults.

Some species of tarantulas can have around 1,200 babies at one time!!!!

Rosehairs are good but surprisingly, I do not recommend them as a first tarantula because they can be moody but some are laid back. Many of the Rosehairs in the trade are wild caught as well. I usually recommend PZB, curlyhairs, and a few of the Brachy Ts. Becareful, tarantulas are addicting!!! :lmao:

Thanks for the warm welcome everyone. :)

LOL, I think I had about 500 or more at one time due to babies but it didnt last long because I found homes for them. LOL

About a year and half ago, I had a sack of curly hairs (roughly 250 babies). Well, the babies were 2nd instar and due to be housed. I was going to rehouse them in viles on a Saturday afternoon. My husband had to be somewhere early on Saturday morning. When he turned the lights on in our invert/snake room, he saw alll the babies running around the walls like crazy!:lmao::lmao::lmao: It was funny to see little black dots all over the wall. It did not make my job easy for rehousing them but they were all safe and sound.

Brandon, I am going to get you to hold my T one of these days!
