I just got this 30 clear shoe box RhinoRaXX rack from Jeff. I'll be using this for hatchling corns.

3" Flexwatt heat runs along each row through slots in the sidewalls.

This is my third purchase from Jeff. I also have a 5 stack of 321D racks and 3 Ball Room Racks. They are all quality products. I will need to order some more RhinoRaXX. I can see this is really gonna cut down on my time tending to babies.
