I catch the little ones off the side of the house all summer to feed the skinks :D. Some of the big ones, like your Rose Hair I would free hand. Others like the baboons NO WAY. Those scared the crap out of me when they would rear up and bare fangs. Personal favorites as far as docile I go with the chaco golden knees, have yet to have one give to poops what you were doing in its cage or with it.
