I have a copy of this book signed by both authors and in great condition. amazon list it for $500. I want to sell my copy but I have no idea what a good price would be. I know its not worth $500 is it?

It's true that out of print herp books (are these even out of print??) are pricey................but this sounds pretty steep! It's worth what someone will pay for it. Good book though........great pics and good advice.

Yep... it's worth whatever someone is willing to pay.

Perhaps you can put it up for sale and just drop the prices. Maryland Reptile Farms has a huge selection of books. They might be able to help you value the piece.
