Okay so I got a new point and shoot camera...Nikon coolpix s550 and I got a few seconds to play with it today...this weekend I will break out the lightbox to really see what this new one can do...so far I am very happy with it.

This pic was taken about 20 days ago with my old fuji in the lightbox....

To me the color is better and it seems crisper.

The kids did a good job with picking out this little one...plus the kicker is the the rechargeable batteries unlike the fuji....even if the pics were 10 times worse I would still probably like it better because of the batteries...lol

Yeah I love the GTP -- named this one Tequila Sunrise.

No it'll change color soon, starting to see some green hues coming in on the nose...will probably have to wait a few weeks until I get the SLR and see if I can dial it in try to get the color even better....the yellow looks good here but the reds are lacking, not that they are as bright.

Guess I will just have to stick with a Eyelash Viper for a complete yellow snake.

The GTP is looking really good.

Oh and the camera does alot better job of capturing the animal.
